With over a decade of hands-on experience in the investment funds and financial services industry, I specialise in aligning high-calibre talent with exceptional organisations in Luxembourg. Before founding Investment Minds Luxembourg (IMLux), I served in operational and leadership roles across fund-accounting, transfer-agency and middle-/back-office functions. This operational insight now guides our recruitment and consulting practice, enabling uniquely informed talent matches and strategic advisory.

- Former fund operations manager with responsibility for fund accounting, NAV calculation, investor servicing and compliance-oversight.
- Founded IMLux to fill a gap in the market: a dedicated recruitment & consulting firm for the investment funds sector in Luxembourg.
- Regularly partner with asset-managers, service-providers, and top-tier financial institutions. I deliver talent for roles across fund accounting, transfer agency (TA), compliance, risk, legal/corp-sec, and operations.

When I’m not recruiting or consulting, I recharge with nature, challenge and exploration:
- I love hiking the world’s highest volcanoes — I’ve scaled Pico de Orizaba, Mount Kilimanjaro, and Mount Elbrus.
- I enjoy technical climbing and pushing my limits in remote and mountainous terrain.
- I’m a keen ping-pong player — sharpening reflexes off the desk helps in recruiting too.
- Travelling broadly — experiencing cultures, meeting people and discovering how different markets work.
- Cooking is a creative outlet: combining ingredients and flavours is very much like matching candidates and clients.
