About the Role

Investment Minds Luxembourg is working with a prominent investment management firm to find a skilled UCITS Manager to join their team in Luxembourg. This is a key leadership role for a seasoned professional with extensive UCITS experience, excellent team management skills, and a strong understanding of fund NAV calculations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team responsible for calculating UCITS NAVs accurately and on time.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing high-quality service and support.
• Oversee the daily operations of the UCITS fund administration process, ensuring compliance with regulations.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure all fund activities are executed efficiently and in compliance with UCITS regulations.
• Ensure effective communication between clients, senior management, and other departments.
• Monitor and report on fund performance, making adjustments as necessary to ensure optimal results.

Key Requirements

• Experience: Over 5 years of experience in UCITS fund management, preferably in Luxembourg.
• Team Management: Proven experience managing and leading teams in a fund administration or similar environment.
• Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Education: Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Additional Skills:
  • In-depth knowledge of UCITS regulations and NAV calculation processes.
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluent in English; French or other languages is a plus.
